Rohit Katyal is the co founder and Promoter of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai with specialization in financial accounting and auditing. He brings over 32 years of invaluable experience in the field of civil construction and finance to the table. He has successfully lead multiple rounds of private equity funding, IPO’s of two companies, QIP’s, preferential placement and secondary placements. Hands on expertise in the construction sector with specialisation in finance, commercial and taxation, he adds serious value to the organisation, both, at the Board level as well as member of the core management team. He heads & leads the finance, commercial, financial planning & budgeting, liaison, compliance & legal aspects of the organisation, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of governance and transparency. His leadership cultivates accountability and excellence, bolstering the Company’s reputation as an industry-trusted partner.

Rahul Katyal is founder and promoter of the Company. With a deep understanding of the construction industry over 25 years, he brings expertise in project management, budgeting, resource allocation, and client relations, enabling the company to deliver projects with excellence and efficiency. He leads the company's strategic planning, emphasizing growth, efficiency, and sustainability. especially in business development and operations of the Company. He also engages hands-on in business development initiatives and operational management, ensuring a seamless integration of vision and execution.

Subir Malhotra is a founding member and key promoter of the company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the renowned Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (Rajasthan). With over three decades of industry experience, he leads Business Development and Operations across the company's pan-India presence, driving growth and operational efficiency nationwide. His strategic leadership has been pivotal in the company's ongoing expansion and successful project delivery, firmly establishing its reputation as one of the leaders in India's construction sector.

RK Jain is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. With over 36 years of extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries, Mr. Jain brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to drive the company’s growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rajasthan and is certified in Project Management by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

Mr. Jain has an impressive career, having held senior positions at esteemed organizations including Adani Realty, JMC Projects (Kalpataru Group), Larsen & Toubro, and Hindustan Construction. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of projects, from atomic power plants and commercial buildings to large-scale real estate developments. Known for his exceptional skills in end-to-end project management, legal compliance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, he has consistently delivered high-quality projects on time.

With an experience spanning over 36 years as an Economist, she brings to table in-depth expertise in the areas of economy, banking and finance. She holds PhD in “Financing of Urban Infrastructure” from University of Mumbai. She has been delivering guest lectures on the Economy, Banking & Finance, Urban Infrastructure Finance, Corporate Sector and the Economic Appraisal of Projects.

Dr. Rukmani Krishnamurthy, India’s first Lady Forensic Scientist, has a remarkable five-decade career. As the former Director of Forensic Science Laboratories, Govt. of Maharashtra (2002-2008), she not only achieved the top position in the National Forensic field but also created six world-class Forensic labs across Maharashtra. Her pioneering efforts introduced advanced techniques like DNA analysis, Cyber Forensics, and Speaker Identification to combat Hi-Tech crime.

Mr. Ankit Vikram Paleja is a qualified lawyer. He holds a double degree of Bachelor in Legal Science and Bachelor of Law. With over fifteen years of work experience, he is presently designated Partner in the law firm Crawford Bayley & Co. (advocates & solicitors). In the year 2018, he has been awarded the Under 40 Rising Star Award by Legal Era. He is also India National Representative of AIJA “Young Lawyers Assciation”. His previous engagement was with the law firm Little & Co.

Kartik J Rawal, with 39 years of industry experience and 15 years in senior executive roles like COO and Managing Director, expertly managed a workforce of 4000 employees and a $500 million turnover. He specializes in overseeing large-scale construction projects across diverse sectors, including steel, power, and cement. Kartik holds an Engineer’s Degree with distinction in Civil Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat, India. He now serves as a Strategic Consultant, driving growth for construction companies.
